They say you need stuff you don't, I will not go back to them, my husband took my car in not me, as I'm not forgiving as he is, don't try to screw people over as you tried with us, you said the front was tight then you had a list of things that supposedly needed repaired,
They tried to say we needed stuff we didn't, as my husband was a mechanic before, they said we needed back brakes, NO WE DONT, HE REPLACED THEM 4 MONTHS, DONT APPRECIATE BEEN LIED TO, my husband is more forgiving than me as it seems men try to screw over women in car shops
Austin and Russ was very helpful and professional, kept me informed on progress and also sent me videos. I would recommend Smith Auto for your automotive needs.
Had a good experience at your shop Losse are nice and friendly. Show me a detail photos of the problems I had on my car before they fixed it.
