I am very happy with my experience here! Zak did a great job of helping my wife and I find a car. The whole experience felt like dealing with family.
Drove 400 miles just to find they decided to take off the hitch that was on the car I was in discussion to buy (specifically so i could tow a camper) - sales guy said the reason was didn't think it was very pretty. I'm curious if they would have tried to "up sell" the exact same one they took off if I hadn't immediately called them out on it.
These guys were great they really took care of me and my son. We drove off the lot in a new car in about an hour.
Should be zero stars. I asked the salesman to test drive the vehicle for me and let me know if anything was wrong with it before I drove four hours to see the vehicle. He reported that it runs great and nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Upon looking the vehicle over and checking the OBD2 codes, I found that the right front speed sensor was not functional and caused all the vehicle safety features to be disabled as well as the cruise control and multiple warning lights on the dash lit up. Worst experience! The vehicle seemed perfect during the test drive and for the first several days of ownership. Soon after, I started experiencing suspension problems and unusual vibrations while driving. The dealership did not provide a satisfactory solution when I contacted them. Would never recommend.
