J & R Appraisals Inc is simply The Best there is! From the owner to all the appraisers. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive and communicative. Second to None in the Industry!
Do not use run away! And if your lender chooses them god help you. Horrible comps and the most undervalued appraisal I've ever seen! Do not pay for their services. Read all these one start reviews and don't be the next one lol!
Jodi was a pleasure to work with. I needed an appraisal. I was given her information by our estate attorney. I called on one day and she was out the next. She worked around my schedule. I couldn’t recommend J & R appraisals enough! We were matched with this company by our mortgage company and they were amazing. Robyn was our appraiser and she was efficient and to the point. Also very flexible. We also worked with Ava in the office. Super great job communicating the steps of the process and was also flexible with making change changes to our appointment times when needed. Highly recommend.
I could write a book on how I feel about J &R Appraisals. But all the one-star reviews here have said it quite well, right down to the issues you will be possibly dealing with. **Read the one-star reviews and take them seriously**. Bad comps, to management, to expertise (?) in the very job they are hired to do, is all in question here.
