Jodi was a pleasure to work with. I needed an appraisal. I was given her information by our estate attorney. I called on one day and she was out the next. She worked around my schedule. I couldn’t recommend J & R appraisals enough! We were matched with this company by our mortgage company and they were amazing. Robyn was our appraiser and she was efficient and to the point. Also very flexible. We also worked with Ava in the office. Super great job communicating the steps of the process and was also flexible with making change changes to our appointment times when needed. Highly recommend.

But all the one-star reviews here have said it quite well, right down to the issues you will be possibly dealing with. **Read the one-star reviews and take them seriously**. Bad comps, to management, to expertise (?) in the very job they are hired to do, is all in question here. DO NOT HIRE. In a divorce where I wanted to keep the house, the opposing lawyer hired J and R appraisers. The appraiser showed up and revealed that she lived in the area and I was told they appraised for that lawyer all the time. She did not even come to the door and have the decency to knock and say hi but just started walking around my property like she owned the place.
