Update 3/24: Ok I am locked in; it’s just too good a deal to get a full pedicure spa and gel mani (with tips refill) for $180 plus tip. I did have a bit of a close shave with one of the nails while I was getting the top coat of the old polish taken off which was upsetting and frustrating. But it didn’t damage my actual nail and it didn’t give me unwanted heat sensitivity. I will be back for sure for the pedicures. The best place for nails and massages in LIC, I’m glad to discovered this space Jasmine is very professional, she care each detail always.
Update 3/1: went for a refill after 3 weeks and am not as enamored as the first time. I think the price is still worth it but the quality of painting is not the same. I wanted that sweeping motion with the cats eye but you can see we tried it for the thumb and index finger and I just gave up and said to apply a straight line…This time I also had more problems with the tips being too translucent so you could see the line between my actual nail and the acrylic.
