So I was walking past this nail salon around 4:30 pm today and this Asian employee sitting at the window gave me the nastiest of stare and started making fun of me with her coworker for being non-binary/transgender.. such idiots! They are so rude and so disrespectful! Clearly they need to seek some serious help!☺️
My first time here and I had such a wonderful experience today! I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I came in with a photo of the nail color I wanted, and they took the time to help me find the perfect matching shade. Everyone was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and patient. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I was happy with every step of the process. Eva took care of me, and she was amazing! Don’t come to this nail salon, they tried to put me with a lady who doesn’t know how to paint nails at all.. I called and asked for the manager and she tried to play me and put me in with the girl who messed up my nails in the beginning smh never coming back
I came in today with high expectations, but unfortunately, I left disappointed. While the staff was nice and polite, I wasn’t happy with my pedicure experience. My pedicure experience was not good. The water was extremely hot to the point that I couldn’t even keep my feet in it. They did try to cool it down, which I appreciated, but because I wasn’t able to soak my feet properly, I didn’t really get the full pedicure experience. It is a small salon, but the best in the area, I highly recommend it! The whole team is amazing and very sweet. They take good care of your hands and nails.
