James and his team at J. Parker Contracting did a great job replacing my roof. The work was good quality and they went above and beyond to address any concerns I had. James was patient and professional at all times, even working through a complex 203k financing scheme that was required by the mortgage lender. I felt the price was very fair considering the scope of work that was required for the project. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work.
I would highly recommend J Parker Contracting for roofing repair or replacement. I called for an estimate and met with James the next day. He went over everything in detail and I received my estimate later that day. We were delayed with the start of the project because of weather, but he kept me informed and called me got back to me promptly. I couldn’t be happier with the results. James and his team are exceptional. He has solved problems we had with leaks and with roof deck repairs. Plus recently with securing our downspouts to the building. Not an easy job. Very pleased with the results.
