I called JP Spadaro after I had a plumbing issue in my bathroom and another plumbing company said I needed to spend $800 on fully rebuilding a toilet. Brad from JP Spadoro showed up and fixed the issue within 30 minutes at a much lower cost. Spadaro performed a faucet cartridge repair in my home as well as insisted on replacing the water shut off valves for my unit. The second team they sent to complete the work informed me that the first guy should have done a little more to make sure the work was done properly. I live in a condo building and my property manager suggested using this company. The work I needed them to do was $270. They insisted on replacing my valves in my unit at an additional cost of $450. Spadaro has always provided excellent service at a reasonable price. I have a 104 year old house, and they have fixed radiator pipe leaks, unclogged drains, fixed running toilets, repaired my hot water heater, and augered my main line when it backed up. They have sent a few different techs, and the issue has always been resolved the first time.
I’m a property manager in DC and have been in the business for over 15 years. Spadaro Plumbing is top notch and every single member of staff I’ve talked to is always pleasant, professional, and their techs in the field are just amazing. It’s so rare to find vendors providing such a high level of service and stellar work. I’ve never had an issue with work they’ve performed and their prices are exceptionally reasonable. I had a gray material pipe leak and called Spadaro, I have used them for 30 years and not once have they let me down! The 3 guys they sent, Chris O, Chris A and Chris C were fabulous! They stopped my leaks and will be coming back to replace old plastic gray pipe in a couple of weeks. The whole company is very very nice. Love them! Thanks guys!!
