I wanted the pipes and drains cleaned. I was given an appointment 15 days away. Brad showed up kate. And told me he didn’t bring any equipment needed to clean the drains. Strange. I asked him to at least check the water heater because it was old and I may change it soon. He checked the heater and said he will send me an estimate seven days later and I still have not received one. Spadaro performed a faucet cartridge repair in my home as well as insisted on replacing the water shut off valves for my unit. The second team they sent to complete the work informed me that the first guy should have done a little more to make sure the work was done properly. I live in a condo building and my property manager suggested using this company. The work I needed them to do was $270. They insisted on replacing my valves in my unit at an additional cost of $450. Spadaro has always provided excellent service at a reasonable price. I have a 104 year old house, and they have fixed radiator pipe leaks, unclogged drains, fixed running toilets, repaired my hot water heater, and augered my main line when it backed up. They have sent a few different techs, and the issue has always been resolved the first time.
