I had a gray material pipe leak and called Spadaro, I have used them for 30 years and not once have they let me down! The 3 guys they sent, Chris O, Chris A and Chris C were fabulous! They stopped my leaks and will be coming back to replace old plastic gray pipe in a couple of weeks. The whole company is very very nice. Love them! Thanks guys!!
Needed emergency weekend service. Called the service center and was connected to someone that said they’d probably be there in about an hour and a half. I waited 2 hours and called back. Was told that someone would contact me. Waited about 40 minutes and called back and was told the same thing. Never received a callback, not even to say that they weren’t available. Absolutely no communication. Basically wasted an entire day. Very poor customer service and completely. Very unprofessional behavior.
Well, I had a small leak under my toilet tank and the great Spadero plumber came to the rescue. It was a bad gasket and a bad flush valve and he replaced the flapper as well. All is well for another 10-15 years!
Professional and friendly service! Done in less than 15 min for a minor repair. I highly recommend this company!
