Pamela S I called Jarrell Plumbing because I have a two small leaks. One in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. There were two workmen who showed up. While one fixed the leak in the kitchen, the other fixed the leak in the bathroom. All in all it probably took about 20 minutes. I received a bill for $130.00 a week or so later. I don't know what they get for service charges but quite extreme I think.

Disappointed in Service Charge. On or about January 3rd of this year, Jarrel Plumbingl was called to look at a leak in one of the condos in our association The leak was located in the subfloor between the units.. Two men came and talked with the owner without coming into the unit. The leak was in the subfloor and the co-owner upstairs was not at home. The original call came in from Mike F****. We went to unit A3 on 1-2-20--there was a leak in the bulkhead above lavatory in their 1st floor unit. We did not have access at that time to the upstairs unit to run water and check for leaks there. Customer said they would call when we could get in upper unit. I have used Jarrell Plumbing for the past 15 years on 3 residences. Never had an issue until recently. During the winter, I had a garden hose blow off an outdoor faucet underneath my deck. Since I am 72 and partially disabled, I called Jarrell Plumbing to come and turn off the faucet. I ask the plumber if he could run a water pipe from the house to the front of my deck because it would make it easier for me to reach. He said sure. Business response:
The customer was not at home when the initial work was done. The plumber did what he interpreted to be what the customer wanted. The material used was not "another garden hose", but is actually PEX piping, which is a product approved by the State Board of Health. We will be glad to try and satisfy the customer.
