This company was hired for a new build business for plumbing installation. They’ve had to come back 3 different times to fix the water heater they installed due to leaking, once to fix the main line coming in because it was leaking and now I’ve had to have an emergency 24/7 company come twice to fix the sewer line they ran because it’s frozen. Jay, Vance, Jordan & Cleveland were awesome! Conversion of all appliances from propane to the new natural gas (finally) done, with new blower install. 3rd time using JP = reliable, prompt, clean, efficient!!!
Had my old furnace since 1999 quit working. Had JP come out and try to fix furnace, they said the Gas valve was the issue and they aren’t able to replace the part. They talked me into getting a new furnace. Furnace was installed in November and wasn’t installed properly with discharge line running onto the flooring for 4 days. Came out and fixed and problem and looked over the furnace and everything was “fixed.” They failed to fix a common wire issue and cause the batteries in the thermostat to go dead and hence furnace quit... read more
