pennell is rude and disrespectful. he comes off as a misogynist. his rates are cheap, and he treats his employees rather rudely as well, so i suspect they are not paid fairly. on more than one occasion he will argue with me. he increased my rates incrementally from 300/mo to 450/mo in a nine month time span and gave no reason as to why, no records upon my request... overall very unprofessional, if you are looking for something professional, i would consider pure clean techs or some one else before jp clean. did i mention he ... read more
