I purchased a 2008 BMW from these jokers, waited 2 months for the title to come, it never did, found out later through DMV, the title for the car was a salvage title, and was held by a loan company. After contacting JP auto about this, they denied everything, and said I would get the title when they felt like sending it in. A quick call from my attorney, got me a refund. The car is now back on the lot for sale. They knowingly are selling a car, that they do not have a title for. Unreal frauds this place is.
brought car buick from them they next day the battery stopped. they have really little information on the cars that they are selling. paid 2,500 for a car with no work battery, refuse to give back money or even try to help with a battery. not a good place to buy a car
Bought car quickly, put $2900 down on a car that was $6995 and they financed $8500 so they financed more than double what they should have, and that's not including the banks fees! Only $4,095 should have been financed! Besides that they didn't and wouldn't give me any paperwork, telling me the bank would send it all to me!
