Very nice first class people; first class work.
I come across a lot of people with jewelry issues in the insurance industry. Either they have a claim due to losing an item or they need an appraisal to get a value for a policy. When asked where to go for these things I always tell the J Oliver. They have always treated me with great respect and kindness and make the whole experience enjoyable.
