Bad Haircut I experienced 2 bad hair days in one week. My first trip to J Nicoles I was very specific in my haircut request but it wasn't until I went home that night I realized this was a really bad cut. I made another appointment o fix this creation and unfortunately my second cut was much worse. Now I haven't a clue what I should do. I have a huge 3 inch gap of hair missing on my left side and to fix it I am probably going to lose another 4 inches of hair. NO MORE NICOLES FOR ME I have been a faithful and loyal customer for years. Mostly massages and skin care. This is the second time in five to seven years that an employee has chosen to move on for themselves and I have been told this employee had been fired. This is unacceptable and an unethical practice by this salon. I will not be going back. They should only speak positive of their past employees no matter what happened. Period. Teresa P
World Class This place is the best kept secret in Columbus. I had a full day of services at J.Nicole's and couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly and professional. I have tried other spas like Charles Penzone and they can not touch the personal service, quality of service and professionalism that I experienced at J.Nicole's. Highly recommended. I will be back often!!
