The lady did a fantastic job on my daughter's nails!
My family absolutely Loves J Nails and spa!!!!!!! We go every month at least once sometimes more. We love the Ladies there and they are always cheerful and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.
Not thrilled that the lady told my daughter her pedicure was $35 and then when I went to pay it was $54 and they said it was because of the polish she chose. So basically they scammed my teenager into a $19 polish upgrade. Not happy.
I do not make an appointment and they are always very nice and accommodating. They take their time and do an excellent pedicure and don’t rush. Their prices are very reasonable.
I would offer half a star if that was a choice. This was my first time experience ever getting my nails done. Jessica was talkative but she certainly didn't listen to what I wanted. She basically did what she wanted to do. I asked for black, green, a touch of glitter, and one or two nail decals. I was told black looks cheap on me personally. Decals cost too much money.
