My friend went in for a pedicure and she asked for a specific design and it looked NOTHING like the inspo picture, the man was not willing to refund her anything but 10$ for the design when they sent her home with gel polish on her skin... he was very rude and unprofessional about the situation she spent over 100$ you would think they care about the customers being satisfied with the services provided but they do not. I do not recommend this nail salon.
I have been to this nail salon three times in the last year. The technicians are nice but the products/application they use is terrible. My SNS nails have chipped each time within a week of getting them done and the top coat starts to peel off. I really gave this salon a chance and hoped that my previous experiences were flukes. This is the last time that I am coming here. Third strike.
J Nails always does a wonderful job. They are so professional and polite. They offer so many different options. I enjoy all their services.
They do a amazing job always and never dissatisfaction me on what I want or do to my nails and are the most convenient nail place I’ve been to!
The CUTEST nails! I wish I knew my stylist name so I could recognize her, she was the sweetest lady! Took her time and made sure they were perfect! She was truly amazing!!
