Cold and impersonal. Medical Assistant does things in this office that I am used to having a Medical Doctor perform. They push you in and push you ot on a conveyor belt. I will not be going back.
Had been satisfied seeing the PA for a year or so for persistent squamous cell problems on my legs. Office called to Reschedule my appointment for a specialized 3 hour procedure on my SHINS. Something about 'so much demand for the unique equipment'.Once I got all settled in the room they insisted the equipment for legs was too busy so were doing my FACE instead! I am very pleased with the comprehensive treatment that I received: Lorie Masters, PA, is a very experienced and skillful dermatology assistant: The entire staff with whom I interacted was professional, super helpful and friendly. Reassuring to have confidence in a practice away from home. Thank you for seeing me on short notice and for providing such good care.
Have had 2 skin cancers removed from my face. Dr O’Donoghue is excellent with facial stitching. Both times were in the nose bridge area and no visible scar.

Been there for the same problem a bunch of times and finally gave up. This place charges you for things they did not do. Save yourself the hassle. A 20+ minute visit with a 20 minute wait $ 400. Just for a checkup. This place will rob you and your insurance and you will have to come back for the same thing again! Also people who come in an hour late they will let stay and which messes up the next persons visit. Be prepared to be sold sun block to cosmetics right after your visit. My price from t

Dr. O'Donoghue is knowledgeable and personable. Unfortunately he frequently assigned his PA to follow up. The PA, Nate, usually has a chip on his shoulder and if you ask the wrong question, like why does his diagnosis differs from the Doctor's, he has a hissy fit. He walked out on me so I had ti find a new dermatologist even though I was happy with Dr. O'Donoghue.
I have had positive experiences with Dr Donoghue. Very knowledgeable. I go md the staff member Nate to be knowledgeable but something me rude and talked down to patients depending on his mood. I would prefer to be seen by Dr Donoghue.
