If I could leave 0 stars I would. Two times now, that I have scheduled an appointment at a certain time and have to wait an hour to be seen. They constantly over-book appointments and it turns into a 2 hour ordeal to be seen. They then have over a month time frame to get a new appointment and have no customer service whatsoever. I will never be back again and I highly recommend new patients to see this before booking. This is not how you run a business

I tried to make an appointment to have a skin check and instead I'm told that you don't book appointments more than a month out and the office manager pretty much tells me that your short staffed and there's nothing I can do about it and if I don't like it to go somewhere else I'd prefer to stick with my doctor who's seen my skin over and over and who has notes, but if your staff is going to be telling people to go somewhere else what's the point, I do have suspicious spots that need to be checked out as you know I have many... read more

The absolute best dermatologist in Saratoga County. Dr. Purcell is so knowledgeable and kind. His entire staff is extremely pleasant and they really go out of their way to make your visit a great experience. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

Let's just say we made an appointment for an urgent situation for my son. We had to wait for about 3 weeks for said appointment and were informed by the office manager in the waiting room in front of other patients they don't accept our insurance. Something that SHOULD HAVE BEEN communicated BEFORE the appointment was even made! She wouldn't even accept responsibility for their mistake! Thus, this pertains to his staffs' and office manager's lack of consideration, privacy, professionalism and competency.
