I have mixed feelings about Dr. Brennan. My first visit with him many years ago when I was in a deep hole and his first remark was to talk about my new husband and how he was a widower for four years and “went through a lot.” Other visits always seemed to mention a winery that we have invested in and his interest in that. It always felt like a social Visit as opposed to a doctor. I changed doctors due to wanting to be able to do spravato And TMS. I had the opportunity to treat with Dr. Brennan for around 7 years and stopped around a year ago. Unfortunately, my duration of treatment was due to Dr. Brennan's ability to address the immediate needs and unwillingness to make treatment more complicated for myself while in school. However, after expressing my concerns with him about my treatment for years I was finally done and chose to walk away from treatment because of his insensitivity and lack of regard for the concerns of his patients. When I first met Dr. Brennan, he was very professional and knowledgeable asked a lot of questions to get to know me, which made me feel comfortable and open to sharing my goals. He listened carefully and, after reviewing my test results, diagnosed me with ADHD. Later, he also identified that I have generalized anxiety, and he provided me with a book to read.
