Modern apartments, high ceilings, prime location. Responsive maintenance, quick help with any issues. The bathroom fans in our 2 bathrooms were set to never stop working. I was told to prevent mold infestation. Annoying like hell. Eats electricity even when you are out on vacation. Management refused to change the settings.
