If you want a reliable company that will show up on time, or even show up at all, do NOT call Jay Maintenance. The first two times we used them they called us last minute to change the date and time - one time even rescheduling twice. Despite the change, they still showed up late both times. The employees were nice and did a good job so we gave them one more chance. They were supposed to come today and never showed.
