I brought my hard drive to J-Mac Computer Repairs, to help me recovery data from my hard drive which crashed. He was not only able to recover, but he cloned, installed the drive and was able to install/repair the OS. I had a working computer again ;-) I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again, and his pricing was very fair. Thanks Jimmy
I contacted Jimmy after I had spilled liquid (alcohol) on my laptop keyboard. He was very informative over the phone and definitely seemed knowledgeable and professional. I dropped off the laptop at his home and we discussed in detail what he planned on doing. He was very upfront about any fees that might be incurred and came across as being an honest person to do business with. In all honesty, J-Mac Computer Repair service has been the best computer repair service shop I have ever experienced. The prices are the best I found in the San Diego area and turn around was much faster than I anticipated. I highly recommend J-Mac and refer all my friends and family.
The owner Jimmy was very knowledgeable and I felt the pricing was very fair. He sent some one to my house to pick up my pc and dropped it off once the repairs were completed. I’m very impressed with the old fashion customer service, house call.
