Wastewater Transport Services pumped my septic tank in Lakeway this past week and they did a wonderful job. I called around and found they were the best priced in my area, and the quote they gave me on the phone was exactly what I ended up paying. They arrived in the scheduled time I requested and even called me 30 minutes before the driver would get there so I could make it home and didn't have to miss a full day of work. I will never work with this company again and I will be informing every restaurant owner I know downtown of the horrible experience I had with them. I just the last three grease trap servicing for my restaurant done with this company. The first time they sent out one tech, I thought everything went well. The second time, they sent out a different tech, and I was informed that the grease trap had overflowed in the past three months and there was a solid half inch layer of grease coating the entire trap making it almost imposs... read more
