Austin is very professional with a friendly, easy going, and honest demeanor. He helped me understand the condition of my roof from the hail damage, what was needed, how to proceed with insurance and what to expect. J&M have teams that are organized, efficient, and cleaned all their materials up from the yard. My roof and gutters look AWESOME! Thank you
