Unfortunately No Star is not an option!! I was very disappointed to discover defects in my new roof immediately after installations and I have been trying to get J & M to repair their workmanship problem since. The contractor at installation guaranteed his workmanship for 5 years. After four years and multiple no shows for promised appointments I have shingles falling off my roof. For the security of my house I’m hiring another contractor to repair J & M’s workmanship and pray I don’t have to replace the whole roof. BTW my r... read more

Called for them to come and give estimate on repair. Gentlemen said he would call when he was on the way No call and never came. That’s bad business. You don’t tell a potential customer that you will come and give estimate and never show up or give a courtesy call. Would not recommend due to being undependable.
