Jack Pisserchia is no longer a licensed broker. His license was revoked by the real estate commission. It is all on Bernco.gov website. Jack is bad news. I have also had my life threatened by Jack and his associate Thomas, however Jack is such a moron that he made the threats on my voice mail. He also illegally changed the locks on the unit I rented and stole thousands of dollars of personal property. The kind of sketchy pseudo business men you see in really cheesy movies. No one has bad enough credit of life history to mess with this guy. Steer clear. if you choose to work with 'Jack ' or whatever his latest alias us please do your due diligence on nmcourts cas lookup first.
Scared and shaken by someone who is suppose to ensure the safety of tenants, but how do we save ourselves when it's the property manager. If something violent happens please investigate.............
Updating my 5 star review from 2 years ago. The first years of working with Jack as property manager were really good. However, this past year there were some issues and conflicts with Jack. Every time we tried to speak with him to resolve things he would end up screaming, cussing and then hanging up. He placed a non rent violation/eviction notice on our door and said this was per the owner of the property We had to hire an attorney to stop the eviction and we contacted the owner because we felt he should be aware of how we ... read more
