I messaged J&M on Facebook about servicing my John Deere mower. They promptly replied and answered all of my questions and mentioned they offer pick up and delivery to Elizabeth city on Tuesdays & Thursday’s. They picked up my mower on Tuesday and finished it a day early and it was delivered back to me today. (Wednesday). The staff was friendly and very helpful! Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend you guys and use your services the next time I need anything.
I had the pleasure of purchasing my first zero turn mower today at J&M Outdoor Equipment and I must say I was and am absolutely satisfied with the professional customer service I received. They go out of their way to take really good care of their local lawn care and landscaping companies and they carry some of the best brand name equipment on the market. Went in to have a chainsaw chain link taken out. They did that and then we chatted about chainsaws. I had one of the most informative unbiased conversations about them that I’ve ever had these guys really know their stuff I will gladly stop by again for chainsaw service and repair!
