Jose was great, but I was mislead about a charge of $96 for the remote. I was mislead when I was told it was free. Nothing was said about a "trip" fee. I would have found another way to get a remote. PS The door should have come with 2 remotes to begin with.
Chris was a great garage technician. He was thorough in his work, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable with the recommendations and repairs. I truly appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Chris from Besser to anyone in need of garage service.
