I've dealt with a lot of companies with motorcycle audio in my past and even crutchfield and they are amazing but the customer service from j & m corp. Is far beyond what my past experience has been, I'm not going to lie I had a issue with a product but when I contacted them for the warranty john went above and beyond what I would have ever expected i cant say enough about this company my go to for all my bikes from now on !!!!! Thanks John

Horrible!! Makes promises and does not follow through.
Disappointed with J&M Corporation’s Warranty Service I recently sent in my J&M speakers for warranty service, only to be told that the failures were not covered. According to them, my system was supposedly “putting too much power and/or distortion” into the speakers, which they blamed for the malfunction. However, this feels like a convenient excuse to deny a valid warranty claim. Very disappointed in service I received from j&m. Have bought many headsets and helmets from them over the years with no problems. Decided to go wireless to talk helmets to helmets. Talk to John himself and he assured me I could link 3 helmets together. Upon receipt 1 headsets was damaged, it cost me $75 to return after spending $1200 on purchases! Cannot get all 3 linked up and can not get Mr lazzaroni to return my calls! Guess I should have went with a more popular headsets!
