The owners and their staff are amazing people and truly know what great customer service is all about. All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer to one of your questions they will find out for you. These guys are THE BEST!! Every time we go in we get great customer service and the employees are very knowledgeable! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I've been going to J & M since I got my very first reptiles 11 years ago. everyone, except the new employees, know me by name there. My only complaint is I wish the employees wore name tags. I like to know who I'm talking to
We love to get our crickets here! I've also gotten lots of pet products, as well as a snake and hamster. The employees are always very helpful. Nick has been awesome - even engaging with my son and solving his rubick's cube in under a minute :)

I have a 4 year old mixed breed dog with strange allergies. It's always a nightmare trying to find a kibble for her, and I always forget what I feed her. I'm keeping notes now! I went in this morning and a wonderful young woman helped me find a food. She walked me through a number of brands to find ones that fit my dog's diet. She spent at least 30 is not 40 minutes with me looking at ingredients. We are very lucky to have J&M Aquatics and their employees in Grand Junction!
Have been around with them since they were in Mesa Mall. Always have been nice and helpful. The salt water tanks are some of the most interesting in town. Will order anything you want if it is available.
I spent $500 for supplies and had a light bulb die after two weeks and they couldn't offer a discount on a new bulb, there nothing to be said for store loyalty apparently.... i don't think a local shop deserves business when they aren't willing to help with problems like this....
