I have been going to the Traverse City 14th Street location for over 20 years but will not be returning. On 03/11/25 I stopped in for an oil change and was given a receipt that included a "Service Check List". The list included Air Filter . . . . OK, but no one looked at my air filter. Light Check . . . . OK, but no one checked my lights. Wiper Blades . . . . OK, but no one examined my wipers, had they, they would have found that one did in fact need to be replaced. They broke the bolts removing the skid plate on my Toyota and left the pieces hanging underneath. I noticed rattling on the way home and crawled under my vehicle and saw the broken bolts and shield just hanging under my car. I would not recommend Jlune on fourteenth street. They are incompetent.
