If you ever need A/C service, I highly recommend JL's Heating & Air, Inc. Our A/C went out on Thursday, right before the July 4th weekend, and after the holiday, Brittan (may not have his name spelled correctly) was here first thing Monday morning. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and had everything diagnosed and repaired in no time. The main culprit was a failing capacitor, which he explained is a common issue. They installed my HVAC in my Ryan homes when it was built and system lasted about a year then the problems started happening . Unfortunately it took a few different companies till someone checked the attic and saw the ductwork in the attic. Both sides completely fell off and nothing was sealed. Currently have to have rachet straps to hold it up and need to reseal it. Since it took a bit to find the issue I was no longer under warranty by them so they refused to fix the problem. The whole system was installed very half assed.
Had a call scheduled for today to complete an open zone they put in for an unfinished bonus room after we finished the space. Said they would be there between 8 and noon. I Had to call at 1:30 to get update on status. Receptionist called me back saying they are running a little behind and couldn’t get to it till tomorrow when I had this scheduled more than a week in advance.
I was experiencing HVAC issues in my not even year old new build…I submitted a request to my builder and I received a phone call the next day and they promptly sent a technician out…his name is Briton, he identified himself and the company he worked for….he was very polite and knowledgeable about the issue that I was having and before leaving he let me know that the unit has a two year warranty…thank you young man.
