I was experiencing HVAC issues in my not even year old new build…I submitted a request to my builder and I received a phone call the next day and they promptly sent a technician out…his name is Briton, he identified himself and the company he worked for….he was very polite and knowledgeable about the issue that I was having and before leaving he let me know that the unit has a two year warranty…thank you young man. Great representation for JL’s Heating and Air

Updated 10/6 So…. There wasn’t an issue with the thermostat. There is an issue with the placement. They’ve installed it in a corner. So it will never be accurate. They want 500$ to relocate the thermostat they improperly installed. Working with a builder warranty program. BEWARE. The scheduler will argue with you. Scheduler, not a tech. In progress, we’ve had them out several times about a thermostat. They replaced it the first time. Decided it was installed incorrectly the second trip out. It’s installed IN THE CORNER OF THE ROOM. Now they’re trying to charge me to come fix their mistake. Builders need to pay attention to the business practices of the companies they use for services. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely USELESS!!!! We have a new construction home amd our builder contracted this company to set up the heating and air. Don’t bother calling them if you have an issue or an emergency because they will not return your call!!! Do yourself a favor and just hire literally any other company to work with you. I highly recommend Waldrop out of Duncan.
