This woman is incompetent and unethical. Spend 5 minutes in the room with her and you will quickly see right through her antics. Her ego must be fragile because she gets very defensive when you bring errors to her attention. Saved myself a headache and immediately found someone else to do business with. The cut losses were totally worth not having to deal with this stain on humanity.
Very disappointed by her morals. We put in a contract on 1805 La Salle St and thought we were buying a beautiful home for our family. We read the disclosures and nothing was concerning until our realtor received an email explaining the HORRIFIC SHOOTING of two teens that occurred in the kitchen December 2023 and was not disclosed. I met Janis Lowe last year at a friends gathering and learned that Janis is also director of homeowners association for Friendswood Lakes in Friendswood TX I was awestruck listening to her brag about taunting residents of her neighborhood for alleged deed restriction violation and her confessions of sending fines for things that aren’t deed restriction violations but that residents weren’t aware of that . Janis is the reason that I cannot even trust my friend anymore or stay friends with my friend.
