I went to Alphi yesterday for a balayage, but the result had absolutely nothing to do with balayage. My hair ended up with multiple uneven shades of blonde and looks completely poorly done. My hair is honestly ruined. On top of that, Alphi was extremely rude and disrespectful. Alphi’s attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and even mocking at times. none of the stylists in the salon seemed to have well-done color work, which in hindsight should have been a red flag. I showed a picture of a brunette with golden highlights, but left with very dark brown, almost black hair. It looked nothing like what I asked for. She kept mentioning her 37 years of experience, but I didn’t feel heard. I was charged $115 for basic color only, no styling ,and left with wet hair in the middle of winter. Overall, very disappointing experience.
