J&L did an amazing job handling an outside leak caused by tree roots. As soon as I spoke with Shawna and sent her the pictures she was on top of it. The tree guys were there the very next day going through the whole complex trimming everything that could create an issue. Our tree was taken down the day after that(it was huge), The stump and roots the very next day and the neighbor was able to repair his leak that very same day. Unfortunately the community I live in has been using this company for many years. They seem to want to do as little work as possible, if any at all! Wish I would have noticed all the negative reviews many years ago. Steer clear of them! Would not recommend at all! Cici M. doesn't care what happens in the communities they manage. I'm basing this on personal experience, and now see the same in many other reviews.
This company is so far one of the best. I like there fast response to any questions or concern's.Mr Rikky Albert is very polite and I get a quick response.
Bonnie at J & L Property Mgt ( Kings Point, Tamarac, Fl. ) assisted me above and beyond for necessary insurance documentation requested by my condo mortgage company. She was friendly and professional and understood the what they needed and the best and fastest way to get them the information. I appreciate Bonnie's OUTSTANDING customer service support and charm ! The one and only PM comes to meetings in yoga clothes. The entire company is uneducated. Excuse after excuse after excuse to not get things done. And SICK of Jim’s… we don’t make a killing, we make a living.. and then bible quote.
