J&L Property Management has been a big let down to our community Silverleaf the owner Jim also a property manager has not been any help I've reached out to him and it just doesn't seem like he cares beware before using this property management company

Horrible Property Management the owner Jim also our property management does not have any cares in the world for our complaints it's almost talking to a broken record the same excuse over and over a pool looks horrible trash all over the place our community signs are faded have told him 2 years and it's done nothing our barbecues have been destroyed for 3 years he's done nothing be very aware of this property management company see pictures below

As Owner/Operator of Excellent Mailbox I have provided mailboxes, installation services, planning and USPS approvals for two property managers Thelma Quiroa and Cici Moncayo of J & L Property Management. J&L did an amazing job handling an outside leak caused by tree roots. As soon as I spoke with Shawna and sent her the pictures she was on top of it. The tree guys were there the very next day going through the whole complex trimming everything that could create an issue. Our tree was taken down the day after that(it was huge), The stump and roots the very next day and the neighbor was able to repair his leak that very same day. Unfortunately the community I live in has been using this company for many years. They seem to want to do as little work as possible, if any at all! Wish I would have noticed all the negative reviews many years ago. Steer clear of them! Would not recommend at all! Cici M. doesn't care what happens in the communities they manage. I'm basing this on personal experience, and now see the same in many other reviews.

Bonnie at J & L Property Mgt ( Kings Point, Tamarac, Fl. ) assisted me above and beyond for necessary insurance documentation requested by my condo mortgage company.
