J and L Paving asked to pave our driveway with leftover material from our neighbors driveway. They did not put the work or the process for the work in writing. They ran out of material towards the road and it was very thin. There were several high spots and I level spots on the driveway. I spoke with the owner who said he would come back, heat up the high spots and roll over them again.
