I had severe back pain as well as sciatic pain all the way down my leg. Jack not only took care of it, he showed me exercises to do and explained why they would be effective. Sometimes I get too busy to do the exercises, but every time I feel like my back is starting to get painful, I resume them and I haven't had to go back.
