Great customer service, even though it was very busy with black Friday shoppers. I ordered a flavored coffee, my husband had a pumpkin spice latte, and both were very good.
Have went here for 20 years. Worst customer service imaginable today at 1:00. Not only by the cashier, but by some considerable headnods of disappointment by the little blonde making our drinks. Recommend sticking with Starbucks, or keep the kind mature people employed there with a pulse of personality that we have had for 20 years.
The place is awesome. Fast and nice service. The kids love it too.
They seriously need to consider making a drive through! I come in on my days off and get my Mocha Glacier every time. It would be nice not to have to go to the mall every time to get my amazing drink!!!! ❤❤❤

I was really disappointed in the drink I just got during your 25th year anniversary :( too milky and not enough powder. I come in all the time to get your glacier drinks .... always so good. I feel like whoever was making the drinks this afternoon was being stingy because of the discount.....
Best coffee in Lafayette and very friendly service.
