Jack did this roof in May 2024, a few months before I purchased the home. In October 2024, we found mold in the attic and a hole in the roof. The hole in the decking very clearly has a shingle placed right over top of it. They must not have felt up to replacing the decking when they saw this hole and decided to just hammer a shingle over it. Our roof was put on by this company the year before we moved in. It's only a few years old and has had a leak for a year. He came out one time and said it was fixed. It is still leaking. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get him out again. They've said twice he will be out but we are on week 2.5 without anyone coming out or now even responding to messages. Meanwhile, my roof continues to leak.

We needed a new roof put on the 1 floor addition. 1st company we call quoted us almost 3 times as much as he did. I was scared to use them because of the low price. They did an amazing job. This was about 4 months ago and the Roof still looks great He was so nice and very informative. I WILL us them again. He's going to be my 1st call.
