Very unprofessional kept me on the phone for 15 to 20 minutes gave me an outrageous part on the map sensor $135. The map sensor is only $36.
I went in to have my rear brakes serviced, with the understanding that I reputable company would not sell me anything that I didn’t need, turns out that this company more than likely did. As a new BMW owner I wasn’t aware that my car would warn me when the brakes needed changing. Trying to stay in top of maintenance on my vehicle I was apparently given new brakes/rotors that I more than likely did not need. Friendly and knowledgeable
Do not recommend! I wish I would have read the reviews before coming out of thousands of dollars! SMH allowed them to trouble an issue I was having. Gave half the money for the work to be done. After about a week or longer of having my vehicle they caused an even bigger problem which I had to pay for because they couldn’t get the car to start. They claimed the keys needed to be reprogrammed after disconnecting the car battery and reconnecting it and that I was responsible for replacing the part. Ending up paying thousands to... read more
