J& L rents out my home for me. I have been working with them since June. Since than I have not received but a very small portion of rent telling me the rest was used for repairs and maintenance. Jessica is no longer responding to my emails to answer my questions. I would not reccomend her or her agency to anybody wanting to rent out their home.
I felt compelled to leave J&L a review, because I’m an honest person who recently rented a duplex style home from them. Their maintenance quickly expedited all the renovations to have the place ready for us to move in. The leasing agent was so communicative throughout the process of securing a lease agreement. When I message each of them I get immediate responses which further explains how open and communicative their entire team is.
