The inspector missed an existing leak in the roof. You could see water damage in the living room, common sense told me to pull up the insulation in the attic and check for water. We called JL Camp and the inspector tried putting the blame on us, I thought that was why we paid him for the home inspection. He came and checked it the next day and said he would call or come back later.
