Had my 2018 Silverado in for a BDS 4” lift kit installation with some new wheels and tires. I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of the install and how the truck looks and rides. Joe and Chuck were very patient with me and were very pleasant to work with.

While I'm not very happy about installation quality (see photos), Chuck - the owner - was very pleasant to work with and went beyond what he needed to do to make the situation better. I am satisfied with how he handled the issue and believe that this was an isolated experience. So happy to have my husbands baby back they were very fast and did a great job rides really well now and I don’t have to worry! Thanks so much to the staff and for James helping us along the way! I paid over $600 for some lights and a winch to be wired. Not satisfied with the quality of work or my experience. When I called I was told the manager was busy. I asked to be called back. 2 days went by and I had to call them. Finally talked to the manager and he said I could bring it back in and they would look at it again. As we were talking we were cut off. I don’t feel like I got what I paid for.
The most understanding gentlemen I’ve ever met. They were fair and caring throughout the darkest time of my life and I will never be able to thank them enough. Joe and James. I will never forget the kindness you showed me. Thank you.
