I brought my car to J&L Automotive for a 4-wheel alignment and a safety inspection, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was professional, clear in their communication, and efficient. They walked me through the alignment process and provided a helpful overview of the safety inspection results. I brought my car in for service back in April and was assured that the brake issues and oil leaks had been resolved. However, after taking it to another mechanic just a couple of months later, I discovered that none of the problems had actually been repaired at all! I'm genuinely confused by the positive reviews—based on my experience, this place feels like a scam. We even have Carfax-documented photos to back up our claim. I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle here.
