DO NOT USE J&L did not show up on time to a 4 hour window for an estimate. J&L's charges that were "non-covered" thru AHS were over twice as much as others. Once I informed him of these ridiculous charges and what others were charging, he cut his price drastically . AHS only pays Jim such a small portion to make repairs he tries to nickel and dime you to make more money. J&L did not keep their appointment when the time came for the repairs. Jim stated this was due to wrong parts being order (quick to point the blame to AHS).... read more
Don't Use! J & L is not very prompt or very helpful. After two days, they finally get here and needless to say cannot fix my air conditioner because he used the needed part at his previous call.
disgusted never answer the phone, do not call back to verify, i called to verify, they said i called to late( after they closed at 4:30) and did not get my msg. until next day, there for , i had to wait for another day, so i canceled...
DO NOT USE THEM They never call you back, the answering machine is always on. They set appointments and never show up. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. They arrived and repaired mine, the next day it was out again, now 4 days later they make appointments and never show up!!
The truth hurts Well, I was taught that if you can't say something nice then do not say anything at all. So this is me, not saying that they do not deliver in a reasonable time, they do not show up or call back when expected, and the price they quote the first time is not the price you get in the end. If you want a good product and workmanship at a good price, this is not the company to call.
