I got referred to Dr Ware after my first ortho just didn't feel like was the best opinion to go with, and how glad I am I did. From the beginning he was very understanding and realistic about the concerns I saw him with. After exhausting all conservative methods I ended up needing a hip labral repair surgery. I'm Sure Dr. Ware is qualified, but his staff is literally the worst group I've ever dealt with. Just scheduling an appointment was such a nightmare that after a referral, 5 days of calling, faxing over records, and more than an hour on hold over multiple days, I was still unable to book when the receptionist essentially told me she was too busy to find my paperwork and she would "Call me back" If I could give 0 stars I would. 5 minutes on the phone with another office at Orthopedics of Hartford and I was scheduled. Efficient, professional, articulate… a wonderful experience.
Extremely friendly helped me a lot with my collarbone fracture everyone did a good job. Will love to go to DR Ware again but hopefully I won’t have to lol.
