I signed in 2 ppl one manicure 1 fill in. Rushed..did not ask me what I wanted to changed. Told me to sit with Jack. He siad dont tell me tell Kim. They moved me to Kim She just grabbed my hand and started to file. Didn't wash her hand between clients. I asked Kim to wait SO I could explain what I wanted new. First time in a long time that I’ve left a nail place and been 100% happy with my nails and the service. They did exactly what I wanted. This was also my first time going here and they definitely left a good impression. Can’t wait to go back again.
