Cascade Meadow Apartments is mold infested I got sick and they refused to address the mold. I was forced to move and be temporarily homeless while I couldn’t sleep in the unit due to the hazardous chemicals being released into the air. It’s been 30 days since I moved out and they still haven’t mailed me my deposit.
I have been living here for about four months and I have nothing than great things to say about this property and the management. The Property manager was very helpful at my move in and continues to work with me if I have any questions or maintenance request.
I've lived at 4 of their properties over the years. All were well maintained and I never had an issue that wasn't remedied quickly.
