Once again Ken and his crew have run out to my house to fix things spur of the moment. This time the water heater was replaced with a more efficient, slender model that I love. I called him in the morning, they were actually done by noon that same day & They left no mess behind. Thank you!
They have taken excellent care of me for 20 years now. Just got a new high efficiency unit from them and my electric bill has dropped 35% the last two billing cycles and it's been very cold weather, but my house is much warmer. Thanks
Air handler was down. Tim showed up, diagnosed and replaced the bad capacitor in about 15 minutes. J and K has been doing all of my work for 16 years. They have replaced an old system, installed a new system, and provided excellent maintenance and repair service along the way. Thanks J and K.
