This company seems to have a few issues with employees and their ability to operate a motor vehicle like a mature adult. So tonight at approx. 8:21pm I was traveling SB on the freeway in Phx prior to where the I10 and I17 intersect before the airport curve. On December 4th 2017 a employee Scott Allyn Rutherford of JK Construction driving a 2006 Ford F450 Super duty truck pulling a flat bed trailer w/a backhoe pulled into my lane Causing a accident this great & powerful company! That claims there safety record as outstanding & accident free is a total lie!!
