Jim along with Joe, Mike and Joe were INCREDIBLE. It was somewhat an emergency as my mom is 87 and her toilet was not set properly. A "different" plumbing had come arriving over 2 hours after the appointment and after not even spending 10 minutes proceeded to advise the cost to change the toilet, fix the ring and the main was an outrageous amount.
