Used to be good, now too many delays, cancellations and mechanical problems with their worn out jets.
Delta is the worst airline I've ever flown. I consistently have terrible experiences with them. I hope they go out of business.
Flying home from Washington DC on June 25th turned out to be a nightmare. There was bad weather so Ronald Reagan had to be shut down. I get the safety issue but 2 hours of weather turned in to 7 hours of waiting. I was with my 72 year old mother and to begin with I had to convince her that flying wasn’t that confing, especially since I booked the first 2 seats in first class for the round trip.
